Why Mojo
The difference is in the prep
Anyone can spray paint on asphalt. Lines that stay straight, stay bright and stay compliant come from doing the unglamorous parts right.
More about the company →- We work around your hours
- Most lots cannot afford to close. We stripe nights, early mornings and weekends so your customers never find a blocked entrance.
- Independently owned, not private equity
- Trades companies across the country are getting rolled up by out of state investment groups, and service usually gets worse when that happens. Mojo is not one of them. The person who quotes your lot is the person who stripes it.
- Straight lines, every time
- Proper layout and measurement before a drop of paint goes down. No wandering stalls, no crooked arrows, no guesswork.
- Built for Utah weather
- Commercial-grade traffic paint and correct cure times, so your lines survive snowplows, salt and a full Wasatch Front winter.
- Straight answers on price
- A clear on-site estimate with the scope written out. No surprise line items after the work is done.
How it works
From call to finished lot
- 01
Call or request an estimate
Tell us the property, rough size and what you need. We can usually quote small lots off a satellite view the same day.
- 02
Free on-site walkthrough
We measure the lot, check ADA counts and confirm the layout with you before anything is scheduled.
- 03
Prep and stripe
Surface gets cleaned, the layout gets snapped, and the paint goes down. We handle cones and closures.
- 04
Walk it with you
We do a final pass with you before we pull off site, so you sign off on the finished lot, not a photo of it.

Answers
Common questions
How much does parking lot striping cost?
It depends on stall count, condition of the existing paint and whether the lot needs a fresh layout or a restripe. Restripes are the most affordable option since the layout already exists. We give free on-site estimates with the scope written out so there are no surprises.
How long does the paint need to dry?
Traffic paint is typically dry to the touch in under an hour and ready for vehicles the same day, depending on temperature and humidity. We will tell you exactly when you can reopen each section before we leave.
Do I have to close my parking lot?
Rarely all at once. We usually work in sections so part of the lot stays open, and we schedule nights or early mornings for busy properties.
How often should a lot be restriped?
Most commercial lots need a restripe every one to three years. Heavy traffic, snowplowing and direct sun all shorten that. If your lines are hard to see at night or in the rain, it is time.
Do you handle ADA compliance?
Yes. We lay out accessible stalls, access aisles and symbols to current ADA standards, and we can review an existing lot to tell you where it falls short.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Sandy and serve all of Salt Lake County, including Salt Lake City, West Jordan, South Jordan, Draper, Murray and Midvale. We travel further for larger projects.
Can you stripe in the winter?
Within limits. Traffic paint needs dry pavement and temperatures above roughly 50°F to cure properly. We watch the forecast and will tell you honestly if a job should wait for a better window rather than risk a finish that fails.
